Fondazione Luxmal proposes itself in the territories to identify problems and needs, it intervenes with its support alongside projects deemed worthy for innovation and ability to concretely affect reality, networking with other organizations, creating the conditions for a continuity of response to needs.

Below, by way of example, is a review of some of the projects financed by our Foundation.

Description of the project :

The project proposal foresees a series of joint operations:
- the renovation with general adaptation of the main building with the demolition of a part, of little significance, and the extension to the third floor using the current
flat roof;
- the construction of new buildings, intended for RTA and beauty farm with swimming pool.
- the construction of underground appurtenant garages
- the realization of urbanization works inside and outside the sector.
